Services for Adults
Adult Protective Services - Adult Protective Services (APS) provides protection for at-risk adults by investigating allegations of abuse, exploitation, caretaker neglect and self neglect. When appropriate, APS can assist the at-risk adult to arrange for services. An at-risk adult is anyone age 18 or older who is unable to meet their own basic needs or arrange services to meet their basic needs without assistance due to a physical or mental condition.

Financial Assistance Programs - Colorado Works in Weld County Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) is the Federal name for the program that is known in Colorado as Colorado Works. Colorado Works, or TANF, provides temporary financial assistance to households with children.
Food and Nutrition Programs - The Food Assistance Program provides a basic level of nutritional well being for eligible low-income families and individuals.
Health and Wellness - Client Health Services of Weld County Public Health and Environment
Medical Assistance Programs - Health First Colorado is free or low cost public health insurance for Coloradans who qualify. Medicaid can cover doctor visits, emergency care, preventative care such as screenings and immunizations, and other procedures and treatments.
Travel Immunizations - The Weld County International Travel Clinic provides you with the latest available information and vaccinations for your travel itinerary. Plan to visit the Travel Clinic six to eight weeks before your departure.
Work Readiness - Employment Services of Weld County is a comprehensive workforce center which connects resources for employment, education, and training services.
