Area Agency on Aging

Senior Solutions, the official newsletter of the Weld County Area Agency on Aging (AAA), is designed for older adults, adults with disabilities, their families, caregivers and other professionals. AAA’s mission is to provide information, assistance, support, services and/or resources to help people stay in their homes and communities for as long and as independently as possible. Weld Faith Partnership Council

In 2008, the Weld County Board of Commissioners approved the formation of the Weld Faith Partnership Council. This council includes representatives from the faith-based community throughout Weld County and is dedicated to bringing awareness and resources to the issues residents are facing as well as sharing information programs the county has available. Discover Weld

Freedom Parkway

This newsletter provides updates to the Freedom Parkway (also known as WCR 54, LCR 1, 37th St.), which runs east/west from Evans to Loveland. Representatives from Weld and Larimer Counties, as well as CDOT, along with the municipalities of Loveland, Johnstown, Milliken, Greeley, Evans and Kersey, meet to discuss the long-term vision and needs of this crucial east/west corridor.
