Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP)

Serving Families

The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program provides financial assistance for low-income families who are working, searching for employment, or in an educational activity and need childcare services to support their efforts to achieve and/or maintain self-sufficiency. The Child Care Program is administered through the Weld County Department of Human Services.

Eligibility for Families:

Eligibility levels vary from county to county. Currently, Weld County's eligibility level is at 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.

How do I know if I am eligible?

Families whose gross income does not exceed 185% of the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for CCCAP assistance. In order for families to qualify, they must be employed, attending school (with limitations), or in an approved job search.
