The Weld County Health Department's sexual health programs provide access to contraceptive supplies and information to men and women, with priority given to teens and low-income persons. The programs offer a wide range of reproductive health services including comprehensive physical exams, breast and cervical cancer screenings, laboratory testing for pregnancy, health education, and counseling. Our Title X Clinic provides individuals the information and means to exercise personal choice in determining the number and spacing of their children. The Family Planning Program services are confidential. Services are provided without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, number or pregnancies, or marital status.

The Weld County Health Department offers a full-service clinic for men and women including testing, treatment, and exams for all sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. Clinic services are intended to prevent STIs and their complications, such as infertility, HIV transmission, adverse outcomes of pregnancy, and reproductive tract cancer.

Women's Wellness Connection and WISEWOMAN logoWomen's Wellness Connection and WISEWOMAN

The Women's Wellness Connection (WWC) offers free breast and cervical cancer screenings to eligible women in Weld County. The Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation for Women Across the Nation, or WISEWOMAN, program works to provide cardiovascular screenings, risk reduction counseling, referrals, lifestyle programs, and other healthy behavior support options to improve control of hypertension and other cardiovascular disease risk factors.
