Weld STAR (Sanitation Training Assistance for Restaurateurs)

WELD STAR (Sanitation Training Assistance for Restaurateurs) covers the basic principles of food safety. It is geared toward those who work in the food service industry, child care centers, and anyone interested in learning more about serving food safely to the public or large groups. Topics include cross-contamination prevention, temperature controls, personal hygiene practices, and cleaning and sanitation techniques.

Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Food Handler's card.

Private trainings also may be scheduled at your business establishment with a minimum of 20 participants and training facilities that will support our presentation and activities.
