Shows and Entry Forms

Registration

All youth and adult exhibitors must fill out both a registration form as well as entry forms for the shows that you will be entering. If youth and adults are in the same family, only one summary registration form is needed with the entry forms. The Dairy Entry Form does not need a summary registration form, their information is included on the entry form. If you are only participating in the Youth Jackpot Prospect Market Goat Show, they do not have a separate entry form, just enter it on the summary registration form.

The individual or family fee includes the seminars, dinner social and clinics. At registration, dinner tickets will be issued. If you do not plan on attending these programs then this fee can be waived. If you do not want to attend the seminars and/or clinics but would like to attend the dinner social, tickets can be purchased at the door for $6.00 per person. Everyone attending the dinner MUST have a ticket to eat!

If you have a disability for which you seek an accommodation, please notify Larry Hooker at 970-400-2093 by 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2017.
