General Information

  1. Registration is $50/per person and includes:
    • All meals and activities (except hoof trimming) listed on the schedule of events
    • T-shirt (that is to be used for the show)
    • Entry for as many animals as you want to exhibit.
    • Animal health inspection.
    • Download the Colorado Dairy Youth Extravaganza brochure and  registration form.
  2. Camper space ($15/night – electric, or $25/night – electric and water) is available by contacting Kathy Dilbeck with the City of Greeley 970-350-9392.
  3. Sleeping is permitted in the barn (provide your own bedding). Adult supervision will be provided. (Sunday and Monday evenings only).
  4. Straw or shavings are acceptable bedding for your animals. It is not available on site – bring your own!
  5. Registration deadline (postmark) is May 11, 2018. Late entries will be accepted, pending available space, with a $10 late fee.
  6. Contestant ages are determined as of December 31, 2017.
  7. Additional Extravaganza t-shirts are available for $10/shirt and must be ordered and paid for with registration.
  8. Food. Every effort is made to provide enough food at scheduled meals for participants and immediate family members who might be attending. If you have special dietary needs, it is recommended you bring your own food.  To help us plan for meals, please indicate on the entry form the number of additional family members you expect to eat at each meal. You might want to bring your own snack items.
