2021 BOCC Group PhotoCommissioner Public Hearing Cases are scheduled before the Board of County Commissioners on Mondays and Wednesdays of each week, excluding certain holidays and cancellations approved by Resolution.

Document Search Quick Tips
  1. To search for a document from a Commissioner Hearing, please navigate to the Case you are looking for by selecting the year, month, and date. Underneath each docket number, you will see a file location or document number listed as such:
    • Search PL[####] in "File Location" Field
      OR
    • Search [########] in "Doc #" Field
  2. Once you have located the file location or document number for the Case you are looking for, please select: Commissioner Record Search.
  3. Select: 'I Acknowledge'.
  4. Enter the corresponding file location or document number in the "File Location" field or "Doc #" field.
  5. Select "Search".
  6. If searching by a file location, a list of every item indexed under that file location will appear. If searching by a document number, the complete case will be indexed under that item. Select the item you wish to view.
  7. Select 'View Attachment' on the left-hand side of the screen.
