Dispatch Audio and Records Requests

Weld County Regional Communications Center accepts requests for dispatch radio audio, 9-1-1 or administrative telephone call audio, computer aided dispatch incident transcripts and Text to 9-1-1 transcripts.

Submitting a Request for Dispatch Records

A completed Dispatch Records Request(PDF, 126KB) form must be submitted in person or by emailing to wcrcc@weldgov.com.  Requests are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the front desk of the Weld County Regional Communications Center.

Fee Schedule

Requests for dispatch radio audio or telephone call recordings must be prepaid. Weld County Regional Communications Center only accepts credit or debit cards as forms of payment.
