To search for a past Agenda, Minutes, or document on the Commissioner's Agenda, please select:
Commissioner Record Search, and then select 'I Acknowledge'.
- Agendas: Enter the date of the hearing under 'Hearing Date' in both the 'Start' and 'End' fields, and choose the 'Doc Code' of 'AG - Agenda'.
- Minutes: Enter the date of the hearing under 'Hearing Date' in both the 'Start' and 'End' fields, and choose the 'Doc Code' of 'MI - Minutes'.
- Documents on the Commissioner's Agenda: If you are already viewing an Agenda, enter the corresponding document number under the 'Doc #' field. Document numbers are located on the Agenda in brackets next to each item of business. I.E. [2019-####] or [2020-####].
- Select 'Search'.
- Select the item you wish to view.
- Select 'View Attachment' on the left-hand side of the screen.
