Vendors, Sponsorship and Advertisement

The 20th Annual Weld County Goat Extravaganza will be held April 22-24, 2022, at Island Grove Park in Greeley. As an exhibitor (vendor booth) at the 2022 event, I’d like to invite you to consider exhibiting at our upcoming event. We had great success at our 19th anniversary show which was attended by close to 500 people with more than 630 goats exhibited in the various shows and exhibitions offered. We expect another great show in 2022!

Booth space is limited so your reply by April 8th is needed to assure your spot for 2022. After that, new vendor requests will be considered.

Booths available:

4-H Building Booths, (10’ x 10’) and are available for $85.00 each.

Unfortunately we cannot offer the Premier spaces in the livestock barn, our show has grown and we needed the space for goat pens.

Vendor Set Up and Tear Down

Vendors are able to come set up on Friday, April 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  Vendors MUST be in place by 3:00 p.m.

Tear down is at the end of the last show on Sunday, April 24th approximately 5:00 p.m.

If you are looking for an opportunity to help with the Weld County Goat Extravaganza (WCGE), we have two great ways to do it!

Personal Sponsorship:

For $35.00 you can sponsor one of the Champion awards being given at WCGE.  Sponsorships are on a first-come basis. If you need some additional information about these sponsorships, please contact Aaron Helus at ahelus13@yahoo.com.

If you would to sponsor and are entering the WCGE shows, please included this on your WCGE entry form. 

If you would like to sponsor and are not entering the WCGE shows, please fill it out the online form.  You can pay online for the sponsorship.
