The fees for certified copies of birth records are $17.75 for the first copy and $10.00 for each additional copy issued at the same time for the same record.

Fees for certified copies of death records are $20.00 for the first copy and $13.00 for each additional copy issued at the same time for the same record.

Standard Death Certificate – lists ALL legal information and ALL medical information for the deceased

Legal Death Certificate – lists all legal information and NO medical information for the deceased
